Basingstoke Half Marathon & 10K: A Challenge for Runners of All Abilities

The Basingstoke Half Marathon & 10K is a popular event that attracts runners of all abilities and ages. The half marathon course is a challenging one, with some legendary hills near Cliddesden and Farleigh Wallop, but also beautiful countryside and quaint villages. The 10K course is a scenic out-and-back course to the village of Cliddesden, following the same closed roads as the half marathon, but with less hills and more downhill.
Both races start and finish at the War Memorial Park, where there will be a festival atmosphere with music, entertainment, food, and drinks. Runners will also receive a medal, a T-shirt, free race photos, and a goody bag. There will also be prizes for the top finishers and age group winners.
The event will also support two charities: Legacy of War Foundation, which helps people affected by war and conflict around the world, and Worldwide Cancer Research, which funds research into any type of cancer anywhere in the world.
