This October, Old Basing Village Hall transforms into a cauldron of creativity as the Halloween Craft Market returns on Saturday, 25th October 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This seasonal celebration brings together some of Basingstoke’s finest small businesses for an afternoon of artisan delights, eerie elegance, and community cheer.
