From the moment gates open at 10am, the air will be thick with the irresistible aroma of jerk chicken, curry goat, fried plantain, and sweet festivals. With over 50 Caribbean dishes on offer, including vegan twists on island classics, this is a culinary passport to Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, and beyond.

But this festival isn’t just about food, it’s a full-blown cultural carnival. Expect live music from tribute legends like The Marley Experience and UB4D, plus the infectious energy of Dem Boyz and steel pan orchestras that’ll have you dancing before your first bite.
